Forest Lark is born out of the belief that making clothes by hand can connect us back to needing less and valuing what we own, more.
As fast fashion moves further out of control, I wanted to slow things down and produce a capsule collection that would see myself and others through all the seasons in our lives.
Each garment is lovingly handmade in north east England by me, mother and maker; Hannah Philipson. I've always loved making clothes, and for as long as I can remember I have enjoyed the process of creating something from nothing. With a background in womenswear design and a desire to create beautiful, sustainable clothing; I bring you Forest Lark.
Our clothes are designed to be treasured yet also made for everyday life and everyday adventures.
